Abstract:
The ICF conceptualizes disability as a dynamic and fluid experience occurring at multiple levels (individual, institutional, and societal) with several contributing factors (body structures/functions, activities, participation, environmental, personal). The current study organizes literature related to AAC and autism to explore current levels/factors of focus and potential future growth.
