Thanks to Ashley McCoy (SPLED Doctoral Candidate) for her presentation on the ways in which the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) can inform the work of AAC clinicians and researchers. Ashley discussed common terminology used by behavior analysts, and strategies for promoting communication and collaboration among individuals working to improve outcomes for persons with complex communication needs.
