New research project: People who use AAC, Relationships, and Sexuality

Recruitment message:  Positive relationships and sexuality are an important part of peoples’ lives. Yet currently individuals who use AAC may face challenges developing positive relationships and expressing their sexuality.  [Recruitment Flyer]
This study seeks to email interview individuals (18 years or older) who use AAC  in order to better understand their experiences and perspectives, as well as learn more about the barriers and supports around relationships and sexuality.
We will review the responses we receive, and use this information to inform research directions toward providing recommendations for interventions with individuals who use AAC. We also will share the results of this research with individuals who use AAC and their families. At no point will we collect identifying information and no identifying information will be used in any presentation or publication activity.
