The Penn State News article, “New inclusive course culminates in spring performances” (March 29, 2017), highlighted an incredible range of learning opportunities and experiences for PSU students studying Communication Sciences and Disorders: exploring how evidence-based practices for language support can be incorporated into fun and age-appropriate activities, characteristics of self-presentation and strategies to encourage effective use of skills, and how performance and communication are interlinked. The course included two final performances which were free and open to the public.
