This presentation at the 2012 PDE Annual Conference will consider the literacy skills that should be taught, instructional procedures to teach these skills, and adaptations to meet the needs of individuals with limited or no speech.
In order to implement changes that will result in positive employment experiences for individuals with cerebral palsy who use AAC, it is important to fully understand the barriers and supports to successful employment for this population.
