Sarah Douglas presented her research on “Online training for paraeducators to support the communication of young children with complex communication needs” at the AAC Colloquium on Monday, March 17. Baby E had a number of important things to say at the beginning of the session, however she then appeared to sleep peacefully through much of the presentation. Graduates students and faculty, however, participated in a lively discussion on how we can better meet the information needs of educational personnel who work with children who use AAC.
